Return Policy
The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their own refund policy with the product description:
Radmeister offers a 7 days return policy on selected products based on manufacturer return policies. Please note that different manufacturers are offering different return policies.
Returns are not accepted for used items. All used items have actual photos and their most damaged/used part is shown.
The returned products must be complete. They should contain all original packing materials and other accessories and documentation provided by Radmeister.
If the product arrives damaged: it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Radmeister to file a damage claim. Save the product and the original box and packing it arrived in and notify Radmeister immediately. If you do not notify Radmeister of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
Radmeister recommends you to insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. It is also recommended to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned products. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Radmeister on returned products, and Customers will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Products with defects can be returned directly to Radmeister within 7 days from the invoice date, at Radmeister's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Prior to returning them, please callĀ 949-502-0678 to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products without defects can be returned directly to Radmeister within 7 days from the invoice date, at Radmeister's discretion for credit or exchange. Those products are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Please contact us atĀ 949-502-0678 to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to us. In order to accept a returned product, it should have an assigned RMA number. We are not going to accept any returns without a RMA number.
